  • Faulty or Defective Items: Contact us within 15 days of receiving any faulty or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs, once the returned item is assessed.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days and provide photos of the damage and packaging for our review.

  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 15 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or issue a refund once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the specified timeframe, contact us to investigate. 

  • Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations are possible only before the order is shipped.
